How much of a deposit is required to reserve my date?
We require a $100 deposit to formally book your date. This deposit will go towards your rental price.
 
Is the deposit refundable?
If you cancel your booking 15 days or more prior to your event, we will refund your entire deposit. If the cancellation occurs within 15 days, the deposit is forfeited. However, you can use the forfeited deposit toward a future booking.
 
Do you charge extra for setup and teardown time?
No. If you have hired us for 5 hours and your event goes until midnight, our photo booth will be completely set up and ready to go no later than 6 P.M. If you require additional time, we charge $100 per hour for overtime. Furthermore, if you require the booth to be set up by 5pm but not running till 7pm, we charge a $50 per hour for idle time. For example, would cost an extra $100.
 
Does the rental include a photo booth attendant?
Yes. A professional attendant will be present during the entire rental period to help your guests operate and maximize their photo booth experience.
 
Do you charge extra for Setup and Breakdown of the Photobooth?

No. Setup time is excluded from hours of coverage. It shall start exactly at event time indicated on the contract. Btw, We typically need about 45 minutes to an hour to setup (and amount to pack up) So please note that we’ll need access to your venue/area at least that far in advance.


Does the rental include free props?
All Photo Booths rental packages include a prop box filled with fun and entertaining props. If you selected from the photo booth party package picklist you would need to ensure to include the props. If you prefer a more formal photo booth rental, simply let us know and we will not bring any props to your event.
 
Do you provide a copy of our images on disk?
Absolutely. We always provide our clients with a usb drive containing full resolution copies of your event’s prints.
 
Are prints included with your rental rates?
Yes they are. Our rental rates include unlimited sessions. Each photo booth session takes four pictures which are then printed seconds.
 
Can we choose color or B&W prints?
Yes.
 
Can I see the Photo Booth?
Photo booth rentals are available from many different companies. We understand that you may want to test ours out. Once you see it and experience the booth, as well as the quality of prints and service that we offer, you will know why we are the best. Can we have a special message displayed on our index prints?
Absolutely! With our Gold and Platinum Packages, our clients typically choose to have their names and their event date printed on their index prints. However, any unique message, graphic, logo or design you choose can be displayed.
 
When is the final payment due?
We require final payment 14 days prior to the event. This allows us to make all the final arrangements to ensure your event goes off perfectly smooth.
 
Can we choose a different layout configuration for our print outs?
Yes. We now offer 6 different print configurations to choose from.
 
Can we choose the color of the background?
Currently, the only background color we offer is white. However, you can provide your own background or simply choose a natural background (no booth curtains). If you choose to provide your own, make sure it is not shiny or “glittery” as this will reflect the flash.
 
How much floor space does the booth require?
To be on the safe side, the Photo Booth requires 8 ft. (long) x 6 ft. (wide) of space. When coordinating an area for the booth, keep in mind that we need space for a small table (which will be provided by us) for our props.
 
What does the photo booth need in terms of electricity?
Our photo booth requires 1 dedicated 10 AMP outlet.
 
Do you have any suggestions on choosing an area for the photo booths?
We recommend that you try and position the photo booth as close to the action as possible. This way you and your guests will get more use out of it than if it were located in another room away from the party.
