Once you book a day and time for your child's party, we will save that time for you in our calendar. Sometimes plans change and/or, "life happens"; therefore, it is www.GreatBirthdays.net general policy when you notify us to cancel/ change, via e-mail only (only up to 72 hours of the event time.) two options:
1) 100% refundable deposit, and/or,
2) This deposit can be used towards a new agreed postponed date.
However, when you notify us via e-mail (only) with less than 72 hours of notice, we will retain the booking deposit (as we may not be able to fill-up the spot your cancellation/ change leaves in our calendar.)
